How We Work
Five stages. You always know where you are.
Most bad agency experiences come down to the same thing: the client stops being told what is happening. Our process exists to make that impossible.

Discovery call
You tell us the problem. We ask uncomfortable questions about budget, deadline and who actually signs off. By the end we both know whether this is worth pursuing — and we will say so if it is not.
You walk away with
- An honest read on feasibility
- A rough budget range
- A referral elsewhere if we are the wrong fit
3–5 days
Scope & fixed quote
We write down exactly what will be delivered, by when, for how much. Larger software projects get a paid discovery phase that produces wireframes and a specification you own outright.
You walk away with
- A written scope document
- A fixed price that does not move unless you change the brief
- A dated delivery schedule
1–3 weeks
Design
You see the work before it is built. Concepts, then refinement on the direction you choose. We do not present twelve options to look busy — we present the ones we can defend.
You walk away with
- Design concepts for review
- Two rounds of revisions included
- Sign-off before a line of code is written
2–8 weeks
Build
Development happens in visible stages with regular check-ins. You always know what is done, what is next, and whether we are on schedule. Silence is not part of our process.
You walk away with
- A staging link you can watch progress on
- Regular check-ins, not monthly surprises
- Early warning if anything threatens the date

Handover & support
We hand over every file, login and password, then train your team to run it. Thirty days of support are included as standard. After that, ongoing maintenance is available but never compulsory.
You walk away with
- Every credential and source file
- A training session for your team
- 30 days of post-launch support included
